Overview and Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Flamepossible software products processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. It supplements, and does not limit, any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
EU and UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services within fourteen (14) days of the contract date, without giving any reason. This right is lost only where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point, or where the digital content has already been delivered after you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the same.
To withdraw, please email flamepossible26@gmail.com within the fourteen-day period with your Paddle order ID, or use the buyer help centre at paddle.net.
Subscription Refunds — Foldr Pro
Foldr Pro is offered on a monthly or annual recurring subscription.
- Initial purchase. You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase, for any reason.
- Renewals. For annual renewals, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date if you have not made substantial use of the Service during that renewal period. For monthly renewals, we generally do not refund renewals; please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Outside the window. Refunds requested outside these windows are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
One-Time Purchase Refunds — Docopen Pro
Docopen Pro is a one-time purchase that removes advertising. Because the entitlement is delivered immediately upon successful payment, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal is lost once the entitlement is delivered.
Notwithstanding the above, we will issue a full refund:
- Before delivery— if, for any reason, the entitlement has not yet been activated on your account or device at the time you contact us;
- On technical grounds— if the purchase did not deliver successfully or if a documented defect prevents you from using the Pro features;
- On goodwill grounds— in other circumstances, at our discretion, where the request is reasonable and made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use either of the following channels:
- By email — send a message to flamepossible26@gmail.com with your Paddleorder ID (it begins with “ord_” or appears on your receipt) and a brief description of the issue.
- Through Paddle’s buyer help centre — visit paddle.net and follow the on-screen instructions.
Processing Time
We acknowledge refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days thereafter; the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- where you initiate a payment chargeback without first contacting us;
- where the request is fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles);
- where the request falls outside the windows described above and you are not a consumer with a non-waivable statutory right;
- where the inability to use the Service is caused by your equipment, network, or other factors outside our control.
Tax Refunds
Where applicable VAT, GST, or other transaction taxes were collected at checkout, Paddle automatically refunds the corresponding tax amount in proportion to the refunded portion of the purchase. You do not need to take any additional action to receive the tax refund.
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling a subscriptionstops future renewals and lets you continue to use the Pro features until the end of the current billing period. It does not, on its own, trigger a refund of the most recent charge. If you also wish to request a refund of the most recent payment, please follow the steps in “How to Request a Refund” above within the applicable window.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any consumer right that you have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Where local law provides a more favourable outcome than this Policy, that local law applies.
